My video

I haven't been blogging for a while. After my cast came off I became, busy woman central. But I loved being able to stand up and hold my baby T and play with the boys, take them to school, go to school and volunteer, do all my motherly duties. I've also been on a trek once and for all to lose the weight I've gained. I've decided that I am an emotional eater. I eat when I'm sad, happy, and angry. When I'm stressed and sick I don't eat, that's what happened last year and I lost a bunch of weight fast, but it all came back and then some. A friend of mine lost a bunch of weight doing some body building. I was skeptical because that is the last thing I want to do is be a body builder. But now that I have tortured myself for a week I can see a huge difference and I can feel a difference. So here I go, onward and upward to feeling better physically once and for all. March has come with some anxiety for me. March 22nd was the hardest day of my life. It's over on gone but I harbor feelings of worry and anguish and hope it my heart that I never have to watch Michael suffer again the way he did. I decided to make a video for Michael, not to showcase it but mostly for me to spit everything out of my head and to just let it all go and move on. Ever since I showed it to my family and to Michael's I feel a small burden lifted. I think it will slowly leave me, but I'm grateful to feel a small burden gone. Michael really loved the video, it was hard for him to watch himself so sick, but I think it was healing for him and for me. He helped me finish it. I was very proud of what I accomplished with it, because I have never made anything like that before, and I taught myself to do it all. So here it is:http://youtu.be/RIutDfMd-ss
